Our Story
Benchside Supply was built by youth sports parents and coaches who were tired of the usual merch headaches — chasing sizes, collecting money, dealing with minimums, and waiting weeks for gear that didn't even fit right.
We created Benchside to solve that problem with a better model: private team stores.
Instead of forcing coaches to manage bulk orders, we set up simple, branded online stores for teams and leagues. Parents order and pay individually, choose their own sizes, and gear ships straight to their door. Coaches stay focused on the field — not on spreadsheets and Venmo requests.
We handle logo setup, professional mockups, player personalization, production, and shipping. Your team gets consistent, high-quality gear. Families get convenience. And every player feels like part of the unit.

Tell us about your team — sport, age group, approximate roster size, and whether you want a private team store or a one-time order. Upload your logo if you have it.
We Build Your Store
We create a clean, branded private store with your approved designs. You'll review mockups before anything goes live. Most team stores are ready within a few days.
Share the Link
Send the store link to your families. Parents choose sizes, pay individually, and place their own orders — no more chasing payments or collecting forms.
We Handle the Rest
Orders are produced and shipped directly to each player's home. Need reorders or late additions later in the season? The store stays open.
